When we provide our Products to organizations, that Organization is data controller, and Ralvie is data processor as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data contained within the Products is collected and supplied by the Organization, and not by Ralvie
Please direct any data privacy requests related to the use of Products to your Organization. For more information, please see Application Service Agreement that is signed when Ralvie AI includes Sundial service is purchased.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our Products and websites or otherwise provide Ralvie with your personal data.
2. What information we collect about you and how we use

The personal contact information we collect is the following:
The Sundial application collects data related to user activity, including the name of the application and the window title where mouse or keyboard input is active, along with corresponding timestamps. Corporate contact information, such as company name, billing address, and details related to support issues, is also gathered. This data is initially stored locally within the Sundial application and subsequently synced to the Ralvie cloud under the “Timesheet” section. Even when the browser is in incognito mode, window titles will be captured, though users may cease tracking by quitting the application. Sundial can be configured to relaunch automatically upon system restart to ensure that no work activity during active hours is missed. Importantly, Sundial does not collect or store sensitive personal information’s and financial information, such as credit card numbers. For payment processing, users are redirected to third-party services such as PayPal or Stripe. The application also collects personal data, including the user’s name and email address.
For support issue requests, we may collect the following information:
- Summary of the problem you are experiencing
- Information about technical systems, activity logs, setup, and product version Payment information
